We strongly believe that EU climate decision-making processes are lacking youth voices. To respond to that need, GCE’s flagship project is the Youth Climate Dialogues – a series of dialogues between young people and EU institutions. We launched the Council Presidency Youth Dialogue and then the European Parliament Youth Dialogue to create platforms for youth to engage with EU decision-makers and debate EU climate and environmental policy. Activities:

Continue organising the Council Presidency Youth Dialogues between the youth and the Council Presidency.
Organise the European Parliament Youth Dialogue focusing on key EU climate and environmental policy issues in 2021.
Establish structured and meaningful youth engagement mechanisms in the work of the European Economic and Social Committee.
